Minerco Resources, Inc. (Minerco Resources) has received official
verification and confirmation of the long-term rate structure from the
Honduran National Commission of Energy (NCE) for its Chiligatoro
hydro-electric project's 30 year operations contract.

NTPC Limited (NTPC) is seeking an approval from the Indian Ministry of
Environment and Forests to build a proposed 260MW hydro power project
on the river Gori in Pithoragarh's Munsyari region in Uttarakhand,
India, HydroWorld reported. To be built on 217.22 hectares of land, the
project is estimated to cost around INR17.15 billion.

Poyry PLC (Poyry) has received contracts from VERBUND-Austrian Hydro
Power AG (VERBUND) both for the provision of engineering services and
for site supervision during the construction period of Reißeck II pump
storage plant. The total value of two contracts amounts to about EUR9.2
million. Poyry 's engineering services comprise execution design and
as-built design. The site supervision services will last during the
construction period from June 2010 until completion by the third
quarter of 2014.

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC) has been awarded the
engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Himachal
Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (HPPCL) for 100MW Sainj hydroelectric
power project. The contract is on EPC basis and valued at INR4.31
billion. The project is a run of the river development on river Sainj,
a tributary of river Beas in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. It is
around 52km from Kullu.
